Terry,
Recently I came accrosss a site "Hobart Municipal Tramways". On it are plans for a 4 wheel Hobart Double-Decker of 1923. If you would like them, I would be happy to send them to you to add to the plans you already have of the bogie single deck #141.
When I have caught up with my bookbinding jobs, I'll return to my attempt to scratchbuild Llandudno bogie single deck original series car in 1:34 scale (NZ).
